From idea to MVP with AI: a simple workflow
You do not need a team to test an idea any more. This is the workflow I show in my video: build a prototype with an AI app builder, keep it in GitHub and put it online.

- Write the problem in one sentence and name the single user it is for.
- Generate a first version with an AI app builder.
- Move the project to GitHub so you own the code and its history.
- Deploy it to hosting and send the link to real people.
- Change one thing at a time based on their feedback.
Where people go wrong
- Building every feature before anyone has seen it.
- Leaving secrets and API keys in the code.
- Skipping basic security: authentication, access rules, input checks.
