WhatsApp AI chatbot and automation for businesses in Oman
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. I build AI assistants that answer in Arabic and English, take orders and bookings, and hand over to your team when a human is needed. The same approach runs Nuqta AI, which handles 1000+ conversations a day.

What the assistant does
- Answers repeated questions instantly from your own documents, prices and policies.
- Takes orders, bookings and enquiries and passes them to your system or team.
- Understands Arabic (including Gulf dialect) and English in the same conversation.
- Hands over to a human with the full conversation when it is unsure.
- Works around the clock, including outside working hours.
Results from Nuqta AI
- Response time reduced by 80%.
- 90% of routine inquiries automated.
- 1000+ conversations handled daily.
How it is built
The assistant connects to the WhatsApp Business API and a language model, and retrieves answers from a knowledge base made of your own content (retrieval-augmented generation), so it answers from facts instead of guessing.
Conversations are stored securely, access is restricted, and sensitive actions always require confirmation. Security is designed in from the first day, which comes from my cybersecurity background.
Who it suits
- Shops and online stores selling through WhatsApp.
- Clinics, pharmacies and service companies with many booking enquiries.
- Teams whose support inbox is full of the same ten questions.
Frequently asked questions
- Can the chatbot reply in Arabic dialects?
- Yes. It handles Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf dialect, and switches to English when the customer does. Local vocabulary is tested with your real conversations before launch.
- What happens when the bot does not know the answer?
- It says so and hands the conversation to a person on your team with the full history, instead of inventing an answer.
- Is customer data protected under Omani law?
- I design with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law in mind: transparency, data minimisation and restricted access. See the PDPL checklist guide. This is engineering practice, not legal advice.
- How do I start?
- Book a short call, tell me your top repeated questions and the system you use today, and I will propose a scope.
