AI product development in Oman: from idea to production
I build AI products that survive real users: agents, assistants and platforms that solve one clear business problem. Current work includes Mibyan (one API for multiple frontier models), Adi (an AI-native cybersecurity agent) and Al Nahdha (an AI pharmacy operations agent).

What I build
- AI agents that complete real tasks, not just chat.
- Assistants trained on your documents (RAG) with source references.
- Integrations of frontier and open models behind one API.
- Private and local inference when data must stay on your hardware.
- Dashboards and web platforms around the AI.
Why a security-minded builder
AI systems add new attack surface: prompt injection, data leakage and over-permissive agents. I come from cybersecurity, so threat modelling, access control and logging are part of the design, not a patch before launch.
Oman's AI moment
Oman's AI sector is growing quickly: the number of Omani AI companies reached 42 by the end of August 2026, up from 22 a year earlier, and a dedicated AI special economic zone near Muscat has been announced. I build locally, in Muscat, for businesses in Oman and the Gulf.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you build custom AI or integrate existing models?
- Mostly integration and orchestration of existing models, which is faster and cheaper. Where privacy demands it, I deploy open models on private infrastructure.
- Can the AI run without sending data to the cloud?
- Yes, with local inference on your own hardware or a private server. It is part of my current lab work on private AI infrastructure.
- Where are you based?
- Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. I work with clients in Oman, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and internationally.
