From chatbot to specialist: giving an AI reusable skills
A chat answers questions. A specialist follows your process. The difference is mostly what you give the AI before it starts: instructions, examples and the right tools.

- Clear instructions: how your team does this task, step by step.
- Examples: one or two good outputs to copy the style from.
- Tools and files: access to the documents and systems the task needs.
Write it once, reuse it
Save the process as a reusable package instead of retyping a long prompt every time. It is easier to improve one saved instruction than a hundred chats, and teammates can share it.
Keep a human in the loop
Let the AI draft, then review before anything is sent, published or deleted. The more access you give it, the more careful the permissions need to be.
